Qualification Needed for HAL Recruitment:
For Master Technician posts: candidates must have Diploma in Engineering OR Artificer / Aircraft Mechanician Course Certificate issued by Indian Navy which is considered as equivalent to Diploma in Engineering in the relevant Trade.
For Sr. Technician posts: ITI + NAC/ITI + NCTVT OR Course Certificates like LEMA/ LEMAR issued by Indian Navy which is considered as equivalent to NAC in relevant discipline.
Age Limit:
Maximum age limit of candidates as on 21st October, 2015 is set as 28 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non – Creamy Layer) category candidates and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
Remuneration Details:
Aspirants with NAC/ NCTVT qualification will be given the salary of Rs 24,500 per month and applicants with qualification of Diploma in Engineering (at minimum level of induction) will get the pay of Rs 26,000 every month.
Application Cost:
- A demand draft of Rs 200 /- is to be made by General applicants in favor of ‘HAL- Helicopter MRO Division’ payable at Bangalore. Aspirants must write their name and post applied for on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
Method of hiring:
- The screening will be done on the basis of which the short listed applicants will be called for written examination. After written test, the selected applicants will be called for interview.
- Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview together. The date, Time and Venue of the Written Test / Interview will be intimated to the short-listed candidates through E-mail or posted on the HAL Website.
