The CAT 2015 expected Cutoff released by PT Education is based on different factors. These factors are like, difficulty level of the test, number of test takers etc.
It is likely that the top b-schools will have a higher range of cutoffs, most likely to be 90+ percentile. The mid rung B-schools’ cutoffs can range from 75 to 80 percentile.

CAT 2015 will be a computer based test of a single day window in two sessions on Nov 29, 2015, and the result will be declared in the second week of January 2016. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their scores in CAT; they later have to appear in the selection process of PI-WAT/GD rounds of IPT Education and other B-schools.
IIM Ahmedabad will be conducting CAT 2015 with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as its online testing partner.
