Eligibility Criteria For WII Recruitment :  

Educational Qualification : Candidates should posses B.Sc. in Biological Sciences/Environmental Sciences/ Biotechnology and above from a recognized university.

Age Limit :

Candidates upper age limit should be 35 years as on 27.04.2016. SC/ST/OBC and Physically handicapped categories may be relaxed as per the rules.

 Interested candidates should bring the duly filled-in application with attested true copies of testimonials of educational qualifications along with prescribed application form & certificate of extracurricular activities; date of birth, mark sheets of all examinations etc at the time of Interview. All original documents/certificates must be produced at the time of registration for necessary verification.

The Wildlife Institute of India (WII) is an autonomous institution under the Ministre of Environment forest and Climate change, Government of India. WII carries out wildlife research in areas of study like Biodiversity, Endangered Species, Wildlife Policy, Wildlife management, Ecodevelopment, Habitat ecology and Climate change. The founder was V.B. Saharia while the first Director was Hemendra Singh Panwar who remained the director from 1985 to 1994. The institute is based in Dehradun, India. It is located in Chandrabani, which is close to the southern forests of Dehradun.
