Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Telangana.

About Exam Notification: A total of 2,46,522 candidates registered for the TS EAMCET-2016 examination. Out of them, 1,44,510 registered for Engineering and 1,02,012 for Agriculture & Medical streams. In Hyderabad zones a total of 94,402 candidates registered, out of which 61,637 candidates registered for Engineering and 32,765 candidates registered for Agriculture & Medical.
A total of 26 Regional centres were identified. The examination was conducted on 15-05-2016 from 10.00AM to 1.00PM for Engineering (E) stream and from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM for Agriculture & Medical (AM) stream.
The total number of Test Centres in various regions were 470 out of which 276 for Engineering and 190 + 4 Online Centres (3 at Hyderabad & 1 at Warangal) for Agriculture & Medical. The test Centres have been identified in State and Central Government Institutions / organizations.
