The department of Physical Education was established as a 19th Department in the year 1918. The department is catering the needs of the students of Telangana Districts. The department has several facilities like Indoor Stadium, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Cycling velodrome and various grounds for organizing inter-college & inter-varsity tournaments. Construction of Sports hostel is a recent addition to the department.
