Educational Qualification:

1. Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Junior Management Grade Post : Graduate / Post Graduate Degree from a reputed University / Institute.
2. Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Clerical Grade Post : Graduate as well as knowledge in computer application.

Age Limit: 

1. Customer Service Officer in the Junior Management Grade the maximum age should be 32 years as on 31.03.2016.
2.  Customer Service Representative in the Clerical Grade the maximum age should be 30 years as on 31.03.2016.
